About David

David’s first foray into Internet Marketing occurred was when he was 18, while serving his National Service. With an $800 loan from his mother, he started an e-Commerce store. He took profit the very first month and the store continued to provide 4-figure passive income every month for David over the years.

Years later, he found out about the huge potential of the Real Estate industry and started his career. Like any newcomer, David was taught to do ‘cold prospecting’ to build up his portfolio.

‘Cold prospecting’ didn’t go quite well for David. Sick and tired of facing countless cold rejections while doing traditional prospecting, David decided there had to be a better way.

That led David to discovered Internet Marketing. Intrigued and fascinated by the inner works and psychology, he then went on to formulate a specific method that would get him high-quality leads in any New Launch project that he did.

After 2 years in the industry, David left to fulfil his entrepreneur dream and started a Real Escape Game in downtown Singapore. Built solely on just Internet Marketing, the brick-and-mortar entertainment outlet has went on to become one of Singapore's top Real Escape Game.

In 2017, after a 5-years hiatus from Real Estate, David returned. With a desire to Coach, he felt that he needed results before anyone would enrol in his program. David tested out his specific formula for Real Estate and in the very month he returned, he went into Top 59 Achievers in his company.

This time, he discovered the crucial last link to his puzzle that can easily double, triple or even quadruple the results. The test brought the formula to a complete new level.

David did that without existing clients and networks. And that is now known as RIMM.
